Thank you for shopping at NirNish — every piece you order is crafted just for you! Since our products are printed on demand, we have a few important policies in place to ensure fair, transparent service.
Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

🧵 Custom-Made for You

Each item is printed only after you order it. We don’t keep stock or resell returned products. As a result, we’re unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges if:

  • You picked the wrong size or colour
  • You changed your mind
  • You didn’t like the design or fit after delivery

✅ When Are Returns or Replacements Accepted?

We’re happy to make it right if your order arrives:

  • With a misprint or faded/damaged print
  • In the wrong size or design
  • Physically damaged during delivery

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Share a brief description of the issue
  • Include clear photos or a video (preferably an unboxing video)
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we’ll either resend your item or process a refund — your choice.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed in these situations:

  • Item is out of stock or unavailable for reprint
  • You received a defective or incorrect product and prefer a refund instead of a replacement

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, Razorpay, UPI, or wallet provider.

📦 Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side (like a wrong or defective product), we’ll cover return shipping.
For all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

📝 Please Note

  • Orders placed using discount codes or during sales are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Slight color differences due to phone or laptop screens are not considered defects.
